it's not a tube, it's the actual vent that that directs the air flow in the truck.

The front piece you can see from the face of the dash? Or the piece right behind it?

Either way i'm pretty sure i have both, and they're yours if you want em

screws on the back have to remove the dash to take out that vent. also you can remove it if you have a stubby and undo the dash and pull it out but not remove it.
