I sprayed my first coat of color. It ran like Carl Lewis. It was dripping off the bottom of the boat.

Now in my defense it is the bottom side of a boat and it is sitting on a trailer. I'm lucky if I can get my gun 6" away from the surface. And I keep having to hold it at funny angles to spray.

Wish I had a pic.

I got a cherry picker on one side and pulled the trailer supports out. I was trying to figure out a way to suspend it in the air.

Now my sorry ass is here at 4:30 am wet sanding so I can spray the last coats and let it sit over the long weekend. And get done soon enough my wife doesn't get to pissed, we are suppose to be going Christmas shopping this morning.

And you aint had fun till you've laid under a boat wet sanding it. I like how well the water puddles on our floor.

dunno if the boat has an inboardmotor but turning it upside down and put it on some saw horses or on the trailer might work
