Custom Body Work help... (RUSS-D)

ok, if my ideas won't get taken... i'll give a few questions...

1. can u cut the rain guttering off of an ex cab mazda?

2. do you have to treat it like a single cab by workin in segments and welding back?

3. what gauge metal would u use to shave a BIGGER piece of the body, like say, an extended cab window?

4. what would be the best way to do a chop on a x cab mazda?
quartering or layin the pillars?

all of which have been done one way or another, maybe not on a mazda...

yes, you can "cut" the drip rails off....and fix what you cut of course. gauge metal = what gauge the body is. why would it be anything else?

I'd use 1/2" plate for the back window.

Also, if nobody will take my idea... I could use some help figuring out how to put "air bags" into my suspension...

but that's on the down low.

You posted your ideas hoping that someone wont take them and make them thier own?

Isnt this website about sharing ideas and posting pics? If everyone was stingey with thier ideas they wouldnt post pics of thier work or thier trucks.

you cant do that! air ride will NEVER work! hydros only!

Since we're brainstorming on custom ideas, I also have been daydreaming about this crazy idea of taking off the door handles, welding up the holes, and using door lock actuators to open my doors! I'm sure it'll never work, but wouldn't that be sick?

or even!....I could put a toyota rearend in and gain lots a wheel options!
