1991 S-10 Blazer Wheels

I my be acquiring an s10 blazer to use for a daily driver and would like to static drop it with some cleans wheels but I know nothing about Chevrolet. I want a REALLY LOW static drop but I want at least 18" wheels. Just looking for some advice on wheels and good suspension parts. I have had really good luck with Belltech but I don't really wanna spend an ass load of money on this truck!! It also need new ball joints so that is my justification for lowering it because everyone is saying I'll never finish my nissan now!!
