You didn't mention make or model so it's hard to answer your question. The flux capicitor is probably on the fritz.

Okay with some detective work I'm guessing it is probably a 6.2 because he was "given" a turbo for it. If it was the 6.5 it should be one the motor. Must be a banks kit. I don't think you will be able to run dual exhaust with that. Not true dual anyway.

I think it's a Cat motor. Cat motors are typically turbocharged. Plus, you can run dual exhaust as well.

Or maybe it's a Mercruiser outboard. Can you turbo those little babies, Husk?
