Hmmm...saw a wierd stock s-10 yesterday

I've never see one like this before. Sitting on a dealer lot. It was a bare bones white base model S-10 but the bed had flares over the wheels like the Isuzu version. It wasn't a step-side and the flared portion wasn't that extreme. I don't recall Chevy offering them like that.

all stock vehicles look weird to me...

The box was like the one in this profile (http://www.streetsourcemag.com/viewownerprofile.aspx?profileid=33261). The early Hombre. It had a Chevy front end and tailgate.

I know years ago one of the GM dealers near where I lived used to get some GM's with Chevy grills (no bowtie on it). Normally, I could see something along that lines as being possible but I find it surprising that something as large as a box would get put on a vehicle, especially a low end base model.

It was prob put on after an accident, its used...no telling what its been through
