Mini Truckin Magazine as well as others

This shit is funny! The people who think that only buddies get their trucks in the magazines are apparently waisting their time and money on their trucks! Hell it would be cheaper to just become friends with the photographers!

15 years of mini truckin & i got 2 pics & a ridin around shot in mini truckin a mug shot in truckin countless web shots......... WHO GIVES A FUCK when the next issue is out your old news.... if you dont like whats in the mags dont look at them FUCK THIS SAME HATIN SHIT OVER & OVER AGIAN IS FUCKIN STUPID atleast once a year whoever is the editor of whatever mag stats what their lookin for to get a feature,cover, or a show shot STEP UP YOUR GAME.... & if your cryin cause your a broke ass mini trucker..... join the club.... that my 2 cents ..... from a real asshole in the scene.....

it's simple when you go up to the counter to buy the new MT just curse out the cashier and also throw a couple punches here and there. when your sitting in jail that night just think you could be sitting at home looking at the new minitruckin and you whouldn't give two s**ts if your truck is in it or not.

oooo if you live with your mom just replace the word cashier w/mom and jail w/ grounded

Ol skool rodz to me is the same thing as any other mag... some is bunk junk and just done for shock value and very unsafe, and some is nice quality work.. Old skool rodz has just been the "cool thing" lately and i'll admitt, i do like some of the stuff. Old skool rodz shows a lot of creativity and "do something with nothing" attitude as in i made my floor boards out of old wooden pallets... great. I'd rather see fully built rides, not just stuff thats used b/c it would look cool to a can of pasta sauce for an air cleaner... ehh whatever

Havent we had a thread like this before. Alot of you have already said it. In order for your ride to get in a magazine you have to be at one. I also think using the internet is a good way for editors to see your ride. Alot of people that are some way associated with magazines look on here or other sites. People need to stop bitching about not being in a magazine and just build it to enjoy and do if for themselves.

man this shit on ssm is getting harder and harder to read, at first shit seemed funny but now it's getting old.....peace out see you at FFF

Kinda off topic,but what about a couple of issues a year,say,nothing but Hardbodies,3mos later,Mazda's,3mos.later Izusu,etc.?In various stages of completion?Cover truck,show quality,a few feature trucks,and other's under construction?That way,every three months,someone would see an issue with their favorite brand of truck showcased.

I'm sure at this point no one cares anymore, I guess I don't either. I build my rides for me. If it gets in a mag, great, if not, so what. I live for moments when I pull into a gas station, lay my truck out, and watch people stare. Like when the old guy at the pump next to me goes into a siezure because my air valves just set off his hearing aid. Then I go pay for some crappy energy drink and some other sh!t that's gonna make me fat, and get back on the road. I make sure that whenever I get a chance, people know what's up. We are all attention whores in some way. If you just wasted your time reading all this, that's probably why your truck ain't getting featured, because you could have shaved a door handle or something in the time you spent here.
