Filler over epoxy primer is actually the best procedure
I'd take that all back down to metal. you never want to do any bondo or filling work on a contaminated or painted surface. it'll turn into a nightmare down the road.
Sorry, Keef is right as usuall. i didn't even think of that.

sure did
At least you didn't paint it before you put on the bondo. Me personally if I didn't know to put on bondo before the primer then I would have gotten some help instead of doing it myself. At least its nothing major.
well i tought u primed it first, hit the primer with like some 320 sand paper. then add the mud! but it no big thing, nothing a wire wheel can take off in like 2 seconds! but here is a pic all welded and sanded!
well shit happends and like u said its nothing major! but why take it to a shop to do it when u can do it yourself. and i love to say i did the work! anyone can pay some to fix up there ride! i am not a bodyman or a painter, i am a welder at a fab shop!
Theres a difference between help and just getting a shop to do it for you. But I totally agree with you on wanting to do it yourself and learning along the way. For example with my caddy lights my boy started the first one and then I finished it and did the second one myself. It def. gives you a sense of pride so keep up the good work.
did some body work to it today and thought i would put pics, but forgot to get a pics after i spayed it! and i stipped it down to the metal, befor i did the body work! and a pic of my two cute neices!
i would definitely put some duraglass for the first coat and then bondo...
