i realize u dont want to break bank on the wheels bro, a friend of mine took some wheels to the machine shop to do the same thing, guy charged him a case of beer, took no more than 15 mins. might catch the right guy on the right day. worth a shot...take the two wheels there and see what they'll charge u

Well if we did that kinda stuff i would hook u up, but we do industrial bearings, housings, and sprokets i wish we could do wheels though, would be a nice change of pace, lol.

What ever happened to that tech write up on nissanminis.com that showed how to do this with a router? I remember something about a carbide tip and wood template. We started to do on my buddies hardbody with his escalades. We couldn't figure out how to make the wood template the right size though. He spent $80 to get four of them bored out. The carbide tip was $20 alone, we took it back and got a refund.

its acually easier and safer to mill down the center of the hub to make the wheels fiton you only have to do the fronts

yeah i found a guy in my town that said he can do them for 20 dollars a pop! so i am droping them off today and get them back monday after noon!

make sure you only have the rim bored about half way through so the center cap will still fit on.
