Its up to you man. You can grind it out yourself if you want, I just wouldn't recommend it. And if you don't care to rotate the tires just get two wheels done for the front. Try taking them to a machine shop though and get a quote. California prices are inflated anyways.

I would not do them myself because of the fact they cant be balanced unless machined perfect. On my old Isuzu I just ground down the "nubs" that where in place of the hub and the wheels went right on, I still had to have two wheels machined but at least that spread out the cost for a few months.

alot of yall are saying not to gring because the wheels will be off balanced. but when u put tires on them and get them mounted and balanced at a tires show, wont they beable to balance the wheel with weights? and the wheels are of a nissan titan! and they are becoming a pain in my a##!!!

Wheel balancers use the center bore to hold the wheel and if the center is just a bit off it will throw off the machine. The machine will either say "bend in wheel", "out of cal", "out of round" or something like that. I use one of these machines every day and have seen almost all these errors.

Like everyone has said if you can take it to a machine shop that would be your best bet. I work in one and it wouldnt take anytime to cut it, especially with a good CNC mill
