i dont have a 20 in wheel on mine but my front tires have an overall diameter of 28.5 inches with is a decent size 20 inch tire if you convert it....i basicly cut a more metal for travel and then threw a set of re7 in it for lift but it wasnt too bad.
The problem is when you body drop it if you ever plan on doing it, is that you basicly need to be at full lift to be able to turn.

either way you'll drop the frame lower to fill the wheel wells from top to bottom but 20's will allow you to fill it out from side-to side as well- nothing is worse than having a gap
