I stumbled upon this little gem. I was just kinda wondering what y'all thought of it. I know the crew cab shortbed thing is hot right now in the new truck market, and thus, more and more folks are making their own with older iron.
I'm not totally sure how I feel about this one. I really like it, then again, I kinda don't. I like the idea, the work looks top notch and it's very clean, but, something just looks "off" to me...I dunno. Maybe I just need to get used to the shortbed part.
For the record, I think it's more bitchin' than not...if that makes any sense.
the owner of BAD wheels built one thats is bad( yeayea bad pun)
ill see if i can find some pics
I dunno, the more I look at it, the more I like it. Must just be the initial shock factor of the short bed...made it look funky to me, or something like that.
You meen dees won?
Meah...not really my style...but not to "bad". (Ha, pun intended!)
thats a a bad ride hahah wow i am impressed i like it
So I know that the front x-member on the squarebodies unbolts, has anyone swapped the front clips from a 3/4 ton to a 1/2 ton? I ask because there are plenty of 3/4 ton crews that could be made into shorties.
Not a short bed, but Mrs. Campy has expressed some interest in having a ride like this...
dod that lift do it..
you know after looking at that crewcab short bed, it actually looks proportional to me
I don't know... I really like it, but for some reason, to me, the shorter bed makes the cab look too tall....
oh yea, and the red one is Bad Ass!!
