Cold weather 32 and below can cause trouble for a number of reason.
1. Water turing to ICE
2. Lubricant becoming sticky or viscous
3. Diaphragm materials hardening
Soulution:
1. Water traps help with excess moisture
2. Clean all internal of lubricants
(Almost all solenoid valves don't need lubricant to opperate properly)
3. No real solution. Most seals lose sealing properties the colder it gets.
thanks for the info. I dont have a water trap. Would cleaning the valve help? Only the right front goes down in the morning. everything else is fine.
Shit sometimes mine leak air into the bag..I drive down the road and the left front lifts slowly..I guess mine sticks open lol..Gotta fix that......
Air brake anti-freeze works good up here in Canada
