Cover of the New Minitruckin..

It's a sick Blazer...cover worthy, yes. But taking credit for EVERYTHING is a little much. I got mine in the mail today and recognized it from here on SSM. Then I get home and see this thread and realized it was the same Blazer, just different paint and a little more glass work on the interior. I think if you mention the truck was completely rebuilt it should have been something where noone would believe it was ever the same truck. I understand there's not a whole lot you could do different other than the paint, so IMO it should have been noted that everything was already in place, and a little tweaking was needed to get it cover worthy, then list the mods that YOU performed to make it better.

I have not seen the article yet but i know Shon and he does awesome work and is a stand up guy. I am glad to see you got the cover that you deserved man, and i can not wait to see what is next. And for the guy he got it from it sucks you did not get mentioned, but i know that he put a lot of work into that truck as well as you did and i am sure he did not mean to step on any toes.

shave the tail lights and leave it blue and i think its one of the baddest blazers ever,i actually had it on my desktop till i got my mt mag.i'm not a fan of the graphics myself...but they look good and you got alot of talent shon obviously.
so as a huge blazer fan i'm glad to see it on the cover

That truck looks 100x nicer all one color. Graphics to that extent always look awful IMO.

i've seen a crapload of stuff in tech sheets before, so it's either that you didnt put it in, and they assumed you did it so they could finnish the article, or you put your name on everything.

again, sick truck, but you improved on something that someone else built, not something you built from the ground up, and 90% of the readers of MT are going to believe that you completely built the truck from the ground up because of the way it was portrayed in the article. i guess we need mike to chime in so he can tell us how tech sheets are transfered into the lowdown section.

I'll have to agree with Devin, I just lost 10 minutes of my life that I will never get back. If all the time that was spent in this thread was colecctivley put together in a shop we could have just built another cover truck!!!!
