www.nolimitcustoms.com has the sbc motor mounts and crossmember kit for 299. The Toyota rear is always recommended because of its strength, its a few inches shorter than the Mazda, and theres a ton of aftermarket for any rebuilding.

motor mounts: if you can weld or know someone who does, go to summit and get the universal chevy small block motor mount bar. it's a crossmember with motor mounts that you can either bolt or weld to your frame. if you bolt, you'll still have to cut to length and weld on the ends before being able to bolt it.

tranny crossmember: i just welded a tab on to my stock crossmember to bolt on the tranny. i'm getting ready to redo some stuff though and will probably go with a custom tube crossmember for simplicity.

If you dont plan on moving the Motor back into the firewall . You can use the original MAZDA Tranny Crossmember . You can drill the holes out bigger to except the Chevy Offset which is damn near exact to Mazda or you can do what i did and just weld the holes up and redrill . There is no reason whatsoever to change the Crossmember unless you are cutting out the firewell to move the motor in 3inches or so

sorry about that Thomas, its www.nolimitscustoms.com
I just forgot to put an "s" after limit
but yeah the universal from Summit is another good option. And the ends of the bar slide inside of the small bar on the mounting plates. So there is no cutting, just welding once they are bolted or welded to the frame.
