I got a set of 18's laying around off of a chrysler lhs(like a95 or something). From what I can figure the lhs has 114.5 mm bolt pattern with 12mm studs. I want to put them on Dora my explorer. It has the same 114.5 mm bolt pattern but it has 1/2" studs. The wheels fit on but I can't get the lug nuts to fit in the hole(story of my life nuts to big for the hole). Anyone know how I can get around this and if it is even safe to do. Feel free to call me stupid.
Just git yurselve a big 'ol unibit an git to reamin' out tha hole till ya nuts fit.
you can use the tuner style lugnuts that have a hex cutout in the center. Almost looks like a socket.
quit mind fu6king it and just beat the wheels on and weld them in to place and be done with it already
weld them sons a biatchs on there and be done with it
The wheels fit on no problem I just got to find lug nuts.
Go to your parts house and tell them what your doing and they will have a lug nut that will work.. Had to do that to put Navigator wheels on my Mazda..
My parts places are morons. I've been in there but I didn't see anything that looked like it would work.
go to a tire and wheel shop they have books that have lug nuts in them then start looking . I've had to set and look for the perfect lug before
oh and one more thing, this is a customer service kind of deal you can find out who you'll be doing buisness with real quick
Yeah, ignore what I said earlier. Bastards.....
