I know on my nissan the spindles had to be machined to allow the toy hubs to fully seat against the spindles. That sounds like your problem. Laynrockers can do this for you.
laynrockers redrilled my stock hubs to 5 lug and it just has dropped spindles and the hub won't stay tight
my last mazda i did, i took from the control arms out off a yota, and my mazda control arms, cut the mazdas off at the mounts, and spliced the yota stuff intot he mazda stuff. that way it had stock yota balljoints, stock brakes/rotors/bearings, and mazda bushings.. cost me about 50 bucks in junk yard parts, and about 3 hours off time to cut/measure/weld

there is no way it should loosen up!. When you put it back together did you use that funny looking piece that goes over the nut that the cotter pin goes through to keep that from happening?? That is why I say it should not happen if that piece and cotter pin is in there is no way to loosen unless it destroys the piece the cotter pin goes through. If you don't know what I am talking about let me know and I will take a pic of them. Heck for that matter I might have some laying around that I could send you if needed. I am sure they are not much at the Mazda dearlership, or auto zone might be able to get them as well.....John
i have seen the hubs that clint (toyboy89) sells and would highly recommend them! not saying that (laynrockers) are bad by any means and i have redrilled many sets of 6 lug import truck hubs myself for people but the billet steel hubs clint is selling is a really trick piece.
