question about semi wheels ??help

what is the difference between pilot semi wheels and bud wheels? i have found a place where i can get 4 bud wheels for 800.00 brand new. i was thinking about buying 2 of them for the front and buying some townasty wheels for the back of my dually.....but anyway will they work ? i was thinking they would but i wasnt sure ....thanks

from wat i remember the bud wheels have different type of holes not the round holes like the normal wheels .

stud pilot/budd wheels wont work with the adapters. You need hub piloted wheels.


But on a side note, I need 10 stud piloted wheels......

would that be for project drag low

i think the wheels are for the drives on a semi. they are polished on the inside ,but they do have the big holes.....
i did see a set of 4 steer wheels at the terminal today , but they were in the aluminum pile with tags on them that said trash...??? guess they are bent or something, looked good to me though.......i was tempted as hell to load all 4 of them up in my truck and bounce!!!!...lol ...but i didnt
