You know what the best part is.... Everyone always talks shit about using drag blocks but when you go out and drag with them, everyone comes up to you and tells you that it looked awesome!!! I personally, use the blocks from SilverStar, good construction on the brackets and the titanum last for about 10 runs, depending on how long you leave it dragging.
Just one question since we are talking about the blocks, and this is for Clyde from SSC, Is it possible to make your brackets without the adjustment in them. All I would want is two holes drilled in them for mounting, but instead of having the one inch of adjustment, I would like to have just to holes towards the top so that the blocks are always down. I understand that they reason you put the adjustment is so that people don't go through thier blocks in one pass but the way mine are mounted to the frame, it always causes the blocks to move and end up dragging on them at an angle. Thanks!

our shop makes them. we use thick plate steel and make them affordable and will drag for a long time. can make custom lengths but we stock them in 2 1/2" long and 3" long. 1 pr for 30 bucks, two pairs for 50.

LSCivic, our brackets come undrilled to keep costs down and for the sole fact that you stated about hole location and other vendors never matching up. this way you can drill the bracket to match holes existing on your frame.

Are those made out of Titanuim?? I really like the spark that it puts out so that is why I stick with SSC. Thank you for your help and I will be checking out some more on your blocks.

no, steel. you can lay hard on these and throw mad orange sparks. yes titanium is cool but expensive. gotta weigh your options.

price of or blocks wont even buy you a piece of titanium.

Yeah I remember, I remembered all too well when I replaced my rockers and cab corners because there was nothing left. I even drug through the inner rockers andcab corners. FUCK that "Harcore" bullshit. I'm not putting anymore rockers or cab corners on my truck.

P.S. Back when me and my friends started draggin, and that was a long time ago "Before" drag blocks and trailer balls, we were making our own shit to drag; because we were draggin our frames to shreds. So fuck all that.
