from my knowledge.

you need a plate done similar to an airbag mount except with a 2.5" hole in the middle for the cylinder. and hiem joint or powerball attached to the lower control arm.

www.prohopper.com has hiems for a decent price not that i reccomend hiems.
powerballs are your best bet for range of motion of the cylinder.
