If it was me, I would be using my Dewalt sawzall. Take your time and you can get a nice cut.

yeah ive got a coolant bandsaw from northern and it works great. cuts thick tubing with no problem and does it pretty quickly. you can pick one up for around $800.

a Bandsaw is best, but i use big sawsal with the rescue and dem. blades from home depo, and i got a plasma cuter for curves and hard to reach places.

not really a baller... got it from the sheetmetal shop for cheap when they went out of business and couldn't afford to pay me
