ok, i gotta take my dash out. Since i only want to do this once, i gotta decide: air or no air? I would prefer air, i want to get the hot rod air that's around $875 so the only thing i have in the engine bay will be the drier. I have about $600 saved so far, but if i decide to grow some balls and go no air, i can use that for something else. I'm horrible at making decisions, so someone tell me what to do. Keep in mind, i'm a fatass in Arkansas where our 4 seasons are early summer, summer, late summer, and winter (and winter usually lasts a month or so). Also, it's not a daily, i have a vehicle for work so i'd only be driving it onn the weekends and to shows. But most of the shows are 5-9 hours away from me and will be in the summer. What would Jesus do?
air bitch... air... i need more shit to cut up and make fit for you :-P
not with the hot rod air, everything but the drier is behind the dash, lol
the air has been taken out of all my trucks, buuuuut i sure do love hoppin in the daily and crankin that shit, so its a tough call. it looks clean without it, but sometimes i wish it was still there. really if i atleast had a defrost id be fine though.
you will get better resale value with air.
i built my truck from stock with a shitload of help from friends. i gotta feeling it's not going to be resold, ever. I thought about it earlier, but it's had too much blood, sweat, tears, blood, tears, broken shit, and cursing for me to sell it to some dude for a tenth of what i have in it. Nice comment, bill, now i can give my pillow some head happily!
You'll regret at least not having a defrost.
dude, you live in arkansas, you need your air

That aint no joke!
piss on air. its not your daily so just deal with it. when you drive it just roll down the windows and drive fast. that $600 can be spent on something way better. i drive with no ac/heat everyday and my truck is my daily. i know its probably pretty hot in Arkansas but we've got our fair share of muggy ass hot days without breezes in Georgia too. your big like me Jumbo, here is your chance to sweat some of that weight off! buy something cool with that $600. "ya gotta sacrifice comfort for style!"
