Fiberglass don't stick(or stay stuck) to steel to good and it would take a lot of glass.

they got some stuff at the local paint supply that is like bedliner.... shoots on with an undercoating gun and dries harder than hell... that might work as well.?

Am I going to have to get all the rust off this thing to use that por 15? Or can I just get the big chunks off? Is it an epoxy or what? I won't have to prime it will I?
