truck died, need help!

so i was driving home from work, turned into my neighborhood and the truck shut off, thought i just killed it cause its a 5speed well now it wont turn over, starter isnt clicking NOTHING!! trucks a daily and i have to work tomarrow any ideas?!?!

i got power to all the accessories...

sounds like a ignition switch r starter r a safty swich on the trany(cluch must be pushed to the floor to start). what kind of truck?

Check and see if you can dear the Fuel Pump kicking ON when you turn the key to the ON position. Does the vehicle try to crank over or is there no cranking either?

sounds like what happened to my truck. Just driving along and it shut off. Ended up being the fuel pump.

its not fuel related if it wont crank, accessories turning on but no crank is weird, make sure the battery cables are on tight.

I would check the grounds...esp the one from the batt to the frame...or where ever it may be grounded to.

Definitely check your battery wire and ground! Happened to me before.

Check the wires going to the starter and while your under there tap the starter a couple times with a hammer. You could tap the starter on Dad's truck when it wouldn't start and then it would work fine. But finally quit all together. Could be a starter, battery cables, or a sensor.
