shaving question

what thickness of sheetmetal should i use to shave some stuff on my toy

i use 18ga

fuck metal... tape and bondo is the way to go! haha. i used 18ga on my brothers... TAKE YOUR TIME! that shit is hella thin..

I put a micrometer on it and it was about 22 gauge. Real thin! Don't go to much bigger cause it will take longer to heat the patch than the surounding metal.

You should use the same material thickness that the truck is. If you don't it will warp a little more than it would otherwise.
