JL definately backs their product I once blew 2 15" w3 on an orion hcca comp amp by over excusreing them and JL gave me half off on a new set even though it was 100% my fault that they blew.

dude if u r wanting a good sub 4 your money go with the re subs they r jl audio number 1 competiter.they have 6 dif levels they got subs tha r compariable from the jl w0 to the jl w7 an then they got 2 more levels above tha.they got 1 tha weighs 95lbs an takes 8000 watts to even move it.go on there site reaudio.com then if u want to go with the amps tha then go to usamps.com thas who is in with re they make there amps.im puttin 4 of there 4th level in my noma they r comparable to the jl w7 an they alot less inexpensive.the place where i work we carry re an we tried to get jl an when they found out we carried re they wouldnt even talk to us anymore so if tha tells u somethin then u kno but if u got anymore ? hit me up or somthin

RE does NOT compete with JL. JL is reconized as mainly a SQ subwoofer. Sure, they do get loud, but I have yet to see ONE competitor using a JL setup for SPL. (SQ - Sound Quality)
RE Audio is, and always will be, considered an SPL based company based off of their MT drivers. ( SPL - Sound pressure level)
And US Amps bought RE. They DO NOT make RE's amplifiers. US Amps have been making amplifiers for MANY years, and one of the few that still manufacture the amps in the good ole' US of A. They just happen to make a damn good product too.

I have a 13w7 on a audiobahn 1300 wired in parallel in my truck. When I crank it up people ask me If I have 6-12's in it. It is loud. I only paid $400 for it at Traders Village in Houston. Singh and Sergie hooked me up. LOL That was in summer 2002. I've been beating the hell out of it ever since.
