No.
It's nothing like that. At best, your "high" would be like a stock gear ratio (4:11?), but the "low" would be REALLY low. Even in "high" and 5th, our old dump would be screaming going down the highway at 65.
Like I said, there great for pulling Bobcats or school kids, but I think you will find it's way overkill and a little more trouble than what it's worth.
But it would be heavy duty, thats for sure.
