THE PROBLEM WITH OUR SCENE!!!!!!!

Ok since I have a minute I will tell you the truth.I am a old dirty bastard and have participated in this scene since the early nintys.The stuff you speak of is not the scene but shitty people in general.It has been the same as long as I can remember.What I do about it is keep good people around me and not have anything to do with the rest.An asshole minitrucker is no different than an asshole circle K employee or any other asshole you may come across...

but this thread seems like a repeat of any other negative thread....its not gonna make any1 change the way they are.....weve all seen how many threads turn in2 "this is why our scene is going to shit, because of assholes like you" that bash other peoples shit....everyone does it....and its not gonna change....all are opinions and unless you took part in that build....very few of them will get respect from more than a couple people

well said man,unfortunately assholes will be there no matter what,it does seem to be more prevalent today than it was when i first got into the custom scene years ago.

i totally agree with you and youre a good friend no matter where you go you are gona have haters minitrukin lowriding hotrodding etc i do think a lot of shows are going away cus there is a lot of fake people in the scene im starting to see alot of thugs rolling escalades on 28s etc at shows and starting trouble fights etc at hotels during the shows. look at what happened to showfest but at the same time the real minitruckers will stick arounfd for good i know ill still be building trucks 20 years from now as we get older times will change how many of you have gone to a hot rod show or lowrider show and see car builders their enjoying the show with their kids and wives as we get older and hopefully wiser we will be doing the same and hopefully we wont have to deal with the jackasses adn haters

my opinion is that there is a lot of problems in this scene but to be honest What Im tired of is everybody making such a big deal about the "scene." I'm trying say this without hurting any feelings because every thread seems to do that nowadays. But the whole "scene" thing needs to go I can remember when minitruckin wasn't a scene and everybody built there trucks came to shows and cleaned the pi** out of it until judging, and had a hell of a time after the show. I don't mean to offend but i beleive we should stop making it out to be a scene and let it be what it is people who built bada** vehicle and bring them to shows to have a good time, not brag about what a devout minitrucker they are cause Im getting tired of hearing people say that they eat breath and s**t minitruckin
