how far to bodydrop to lay rockers on 84 chevy dually??

well, whats it take to lay rocker?? I am wanting to STFB. What size metal would I need to brace the frame? thanks.

Is that hardwood 2x4's or can I use pine? Just kidding. The 1/4" wall tubing will do just fine. Maybe use 3"x3" if you want.

na, some 3/4" thick MDF outta do the trick....

2x4x1/4 is strong, i'm doing that on a stock floor F150 now wtih a chevy front fame clip... i'll take some pics later.
