what do i need to fit 24's on 2006 gmc 1500 bagged

not to jack your thread,i have a 92 c-1500 do you have to shorten the Control arms to fit 24's on the front its just bagged

If you run a 2" drop spindle you should clear the booster as long as your 24 isn't too wide. Other than that, you've gotta move everything off of the fenderwells. Computer, fuse box, washer reservoir and overflow reservoir. Stock hood hinges may hit with a 24. I dont remember, the last one I did I built a whole new inner fender so the hinges had to go. I can email you pics if you'd like

With my 22's I had a lot of clearance with my brake booster. I had 265/35/22's, I really didn't see running into a brake booster clearance issue.

not too wide dont 24's only come in 24x10

Maybe if you buy a regular run of the mill chrome 24. If you go with billet I'm sure you can get at least a 24x9 or so...may cost a little more but at least you know they'll be right.

i believe Ekstensive did an Avalanche stock floored on 26s a couple years ago with stock hood, avalanche has same front end as a new chevy truck. then they did the escalade with the stock hood b/d on 26s but not sure if the escalade hood sits any higher than a chevy/gmc hood or not.
