Anyone out there have the specs on this? I am fitting one on my Nissan and need to check a few things.

Don't use one, You will have better luck with your stock front end.

The Mustang II spindles are short (from upper b/j to the lower b/j) so the arm tends to (at full lift) hit the upper bag mount, limiting travel to around 6". Your stock front end is good for 8" or more.

(I'm going to catch all kinds of crap for this I'm sure)

It really wouldn't be any advantage...

If you are trying to get a 5-lug ft end, IM me and I will explain how to convert.

Who said I was running the bags in between the control arms. As well as the fact that the Nissan, which the main reason I am doing this, is getting a Supercharged 302. So space is limited. LOL

Does the Mustang II really give you that much more space between the rails? I'm sure that the ruggedness of the Nissan is equal to that of the Mustang II.

Mustang II front ends are overrated. Many of them have geometry issues and are not all they are cracked up to be. Plus many of them are rack and pinion, the rack takes up valuable oilpan space.

If you really need to change the clip use a 89 to 95 Toyota. I have fit a 302 in to one of those with plenty of room. But I honestly don't think the Toyota is any better then the Nissan either.

Most mustang 2 setups are not designed for the amount of travel most of us want. Ive seen quite a few where people had to build new uppers to get more travel up.

the mustang 2 frt end has real geometry to is that's the problem i'm dealing with right nowsee how the lower arms are positive angle when laye'd out and thenpositive angle when lifted so take biomax's advise and go with a different frt end stepup

I have always seen the Mustang II front end as a way for the old hot rod guys to update their front ends from out of date components.
