How much do you have into your truck?

I lost count at around 5,000 but its under 10 including the cost of buying the truck. Its a lot cheaper when you work at a body shop and you can do all the paint work and your friend can do all the body work.

I have every reciept since my first set of lowering control arms! Everything from the tow home the night of the accident 4 years ago to every cut-off wheel/washer/nut and bolt at Lowes, even every time I filled the bottle for the welder. I really dont know why i keep every reciept becuase it makes me sick.

I think most of us are penniless because of our trucks. I know 4 out of 5 fights between me and the old lady are because of the truck and how I will spend my last dollar on it and not her!

I save every reciept from everything I buy for my vehicles/ house/ self foor and anything else. I do not care to add up reciepts.
Right now I have about $1500 total in my car. That includes the purchase, paint all of the materials it took to remove the paint, All of the airride parts I have to bag it. And I have alot of crap that will be going on ebay. Before wheels and paint I will have a little over 2 grand in it after buying the interior that I'm buying soon. Paint will be cheap because I'm doing it myself like everything else. The big thing will be wheels/ tires because I cannot make them myself. The engine is the only thing i cannot figure in because I'm still not sure exactly what I want to do yet.

I know it better be at SEMA next year or I'm going to be pissed.

I am thinking the beer is what is killing me. Damn stuff is costing me more than the build. Oh hell it is all fun and I love it for the people I meet and the friends I make.
