Got a ticket for blowing my air horns? can i win this in court?

I have train horns that I put on my 00 Harley f-150, anyways I was leaving a gas station and decided to blow the horn at some teeny boppers, while stuck at a red light one of the town cops decided to flip on his blues and pull me over ( I guess he was

for one up here you can make as much noise as u want from 7am-9pm until your warned then you have to keep it down

Why would you lose your license for a non-moving violation? It's like a stereo ticket, you can't lose your license for it, there's only penalties such as a fine.

PS: It should be a fix-it ticket anyways, tell them you'll take it off, snap some photos of it no longer on there, show them, then hook it back up and go on your way.

i dont know thats shitty,i know what u mean im on probation with my licens this is my last month 2 be on it,i have been on it for 1 year cause of all my tickets on my motorcycle,i have 6 surcharges that i pay every month it comes out 2 almost 1,000$ a year for 3 years but i am almost finished with my 2nd year so i only have 1 more year if i dont get another ticket,this goverment is all about how they can screw the working man thats y the rich keep gettin richer and the poor keep gettin poorer

I have a friend who rides around with a cop (his neighbor) and he asked about the train horns. He said that it is ok, but as long as it doesn't cause an accident. The cop that pulled you over who probably just jealous cause your horn is louder than his But to help you out I can't. I tried fighting the law on my taillight but as the song goes "...but the law won". You can try fighting it but i would be prepared to pay the fine also

did he ask to search you truck to find the rocker switch and he made the conclusion thwat that perticular rocker switch was for train horns it could have been for some other accessory you had I would fight it on the grounds of elegall surch or profiling be cause he daid he new you to me sounds like a threat.
