five people, and 2 2x4's. Run the two by's inside the cab, four people lift on the planks, the fith shoves the frame from under the cab. you probably could do it with three people if the cab is completly stripped.
yes. thats how we did mine, only we used 2x2 3/16 box tube. With a full interior and AC system, it only took 6 of us and I was just pretending to lift.

just jack the truck up off the ground, set the cab on some tubing/wood on some jackstands. make sure the jackstands are far enough apart to let the frame go between them. drop down the frame and roll it out from under the cab.

no, its built out of 2x6's. and i wouldn't trust the rafters in my garage to hold up a truck cab. Hate to see a branch break and kill some one, thats all.
