No, it really does look kinda like a face! look on the wall to the right of the outlet and up about the height of the kids head, it looks like a little freakin' face on the wall

Speaking strictly as an electrician now, that wouldn't nessesarily hurt that kid. He would have to have two knives, etc. and jam the second one in the neutral side or ground. Unless his body is grounded, then it would hurt.
Just thought I would point that out.
