Yes, i do physically hear the valve clicking open then after a while clicking closed...

I'll recheck my connections, but if they are all ok, is it possible for the switchbox to be faulty?

Use a wire tester and whatever switch controls that valve, open the bottom of the box.. and hold the tester on the output of the switch going to the valve. see if the switch is stuck.. but ive never had one just out of nowhere stick.. a few times ive seen one stick after using the switch and just having to bump it a little.. but never just randomly switch by itself.

Ok, heres the update, got time to check the switch box yesterday, it seems that it is the box and not the valve... i opened her up to test the switches, they all seemed fine, but once you close her back up and start messing with them (the Pancake seems to be the one thats causeing alot of problems).... i'll hit it, after a sec. the front dump will go on by it-self then after a while shut off by itself... i dropped the box on my seat a couple of times and it switched the valve on/off too. I also checked all the connections in the box, all tight and seem fine.

I can't seem to figure out if it's JUST the pancake switch or the other one's associated with it too.
Thoughts?

could be a broken wire.. could be a bad switch.. pull the pancake one out, shake it, if it makes your valves kick on and off, then the switch is bad.
