2002 Extreme Front End noise

This is the deal I have a 2002 Extreme. When ever I'm driving on a road that has cracks or pot wholes I hear a a metal to metal jingle in my front end. I allready replaced the stabilizer bar and the right arm and it went away for a while but know the noise is back. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be. Thanx
