Need F2 Shortblock

Ok, I baught a truck with the intentions of rebuilding the engine in it but it runs too good for me to want to play with it right now (getting about 30 mpg on stock engine!!)

So I'm looking for an F2 shortblock close to or between the Charlotte NC area and Roanoke VA area. If you have one let me know.

If this is the 2.2 I have one its a long block, but it had a knock when taken out of the truck. I'll willbe going to Myrtle Beach next Friday. Let me Know i f you are interested.

Well I wanted one to rebuild so I'm not worried about the knock as long as the engine is rebuildable. How much are you wanting for it and will you be passing through this area or will I need to meet you somewhere?

Anybody have an engine neer by? Doesn't matter if it runs or not, just needs to be rebuildable.

I'm thinking I'm just going to rebuild the rotary for the moment. It will be easier and cheaper to rebuild in the short run.

I've got a motor with a cracked head out of a 87 b2200. I don't know if that is an f2 or not. I'm in Iowa anyway.
