i didnt read what everyone else said, but this has come up actally in conversation a couple times. if it happened to me i would want my brother to have my truck and finish it the way i would have done. he knwos i live for my truck and it would make me so happy for him to finish it and keep it.
Finish it in his memory and show it to do the same. Don't junk it. If you decide not to keep it, at least sell it to a minitrucker who can do him some honor.
i would cruise it proudly in memory of my bro

Hey man Put it in storage if you have too. But dont have it crushed. You know he would not want that....
Paul and Kevin are right, Keep it and show it in his memory, I would hate to see that truck end in a scrap yard.

i'd keep it wether it was showing it or storing it for now. No guy in this scene would want to have their truck crushed if they passed on. Id want my family, friends, or kids(if i had any) to have it. So keep it.
your parents are angry bro, not at you or the truck but blaming something probably helps, just sit down and say

I think you should keep the truck. If you were close to him at all then you know what he had planned to do to it and you should carry out those plans in his honor.DON'T PUT YOUR BROTHER'S HARD WORK IN A GARAGE FOR NO ONE TO SEE.
On a SERIOUS note: (as if this isn't serious enough)If the truck killed your brother because it fell off of a floorjack then you better make damn sure that you use QUALITY JACKSTANDS if you work on it. Not to make an example of your brother or anyonyelse that was killed recently by a falling vehicle, but it is very important to know how to safely lift and work underneath a vehicle.Too many people have been killed lately by getting in a hurry. Please think of your brother and all other fallen mimitruckers everytime you lift a vehicle....I KNOW I DO!!!!
definitely do not crush it store it... maybe eventually your parents will give in i dont know but when your on your own or what not... you can continue your brothers dream or your own dreams into that truck thats a beautiful truck... me personally i would consider buying it if it didnt have some sentimental value .... just keep it bro if you love the scene and know youll probably be in the scene in the future just keep it and maintain it..
do u know any other plans ur brother wanted to do with it. carry them out and finish what he started.
If for some reason you cant keep it, see if you can sell it to a close friend of his. Just dont trash it.........
