so i bought some diodes today for a few bucks but i also did some research...
i found an online supplier who sells the cw industries like AVS sells and guess what they actually sell a dpdt (on)-off-(on) switch, they have these switches in red and black
the black one which is spdt momentary is only 1.31 each and that price is less the more you buy. i got my dpdt momentary for the front and rear switched for 1.67 each which is less then diodes are from radio shack lol. so if you guys decide to buy these go here

which part # is the exact ones youre using? I see the same thing but ones (on)-off- (on) and ones on-off-on with no ()s..
ah.. shit, for the price, worth it just to get nothing but DPDT even if 3 prongs arent needed lol.. 30 cent difference?

Any body know where AVS gets their aluminum boxes from.

you can get those project boxes from radioshack for $3 and then get a compression grommit from pheonix gold and then get some 9 wire trailer wire and then your alls set and you have a avs style box for $25

all you really need are the spdt (on)-off-(on) ones for each corner and then if you want to have a front up back up then get 2 dpdt (on)-off-(on) switches for the front up/down and back up/down
