so kris there are relays in the switch box itself or just diodes? or 6 prong switches
ps other then getting my mounting piece cnc cut whats another option for cutting it if i cant get to the cnc?
On the 7 switch boxes, there are diodes in the box with the switches. On the 9 switch boxes, there is a separate box on the other end of the cable that houses the relays.
There are NO relays on the 7 switch models- they don't need 'em!

ok yea i was gonna say
any recomendations as to what diode i should get?
whats a good amperage rating to run by? would a 1A 50v one be kewl?
I used the ones a little bigger then the size of a resistor. Don't know specs sorry.
did you end up crimping the 2 together witha female 1/4" connector or just sodder them to the terminal itself
I auctally put them on the wires themselves and not at the switch.
oh, but it wouldnt matter if i were to put them directly on the switch

I used the 1N5404, 3 amp diodes. You need to see how many amps your valves pull. I have the parker 1/2"- 5/8" orifice. They pull .83 amps. I got the 3 amp diodes incase of a surge. You can put them on the switch or in the wire, it dosn't matter.
thanks man, i was looking at the zenier diodes and i think they were too small, and if these burn up on me i will get some new ones because their dirrrrty cheap
