After several weekends of work, I finally got my suicide hood to work on my truck, still needs a little fit and finish, but it functions pretty well.

Thanks for puting the pics on here, wans't to sure how. The suicide superlift bars, i got them with one end not welded so i could fit them as necessary. The roll pan was from FBI, it fit perfect, the tailgate was lines were just filled not skinned.
I built everything for it to work, as far as i know no one makes a kit

Does your grill hit the ground? Are you just laying frame or are you bodydropped? Thought about this for my truck but thought the grill would get crushed.

Yes the grill hits the ground, I am just having to put a towel under it. i am not bodydroped yet, although right after Heritage I am tearing it apart and starting on a stock floor. The grill actualy handles the weight well, barely enen flexes at all, helps that I have a fiberglass hood.

looks like it's a pain to open a shut with out moving side to side you should put a brace on it connecting each rod if that is a problem
