gotta pay to play though....
Welcome to the scene....Bag behind the axle is going to be the best setup for heavy hauling....L8R
welcome gas milage and duallys dont realy fit together in a sentance you should be able to get lots of info here after you wade through the hijack'n and whore'n
You will just have to get this dually and then buy another minitruck to tow around. Once I fix up my dually I will throw the busa in the bed and tow my dime to shows.
yeah, whats the fun in owning a dually if you dont have anything to tow with it?
yea what drag said ya gotta tow and trhow sparks, now thats cool
Ok,
Im not wanting to tow like a 48foot stacker trailer with 2 59 caddy's. A single car hauler. Maybe a 24ft enclosed here and there.
You guys are saying above the axel, behind the axel. I agree, But what kind of link. Not a hudge fan of 2 link's If I ran a tri 4 link I would need a fuel cell and not really wanting to do that. so would just a old scool Parallel *(from suicidedoors of course "Built like a brick poop house") then wouldent I need a panhard bar. Im thinkin of running this on the outside of the frame and running some big ass bags behind the axel.
Hope to have it bagged on 22's this summer.
Yes, I'm LowYota on the ohiominitrucks website.
does anyone know how much a small block dually will tow? How heavy the truck is, and the wheel base.
my dad had one a few years back witha 350 in it and i used to to pulla 30 ft enclosed trailer with my green bitchin it.... did fairly well cept going up long pretty steep grade hills.
im building mine with a 350 casue i wont be towing much cept for going to shows and the river this summer on weekends. and im sure itll be fine.
