The cheapest and fastest way to go would have to be DupliColor header paint. Or maybe some barbeque paint. Both come in rattle cans. If you want a little better quality, Por 15 makes some nice heat resistant coatings.

Get a cat if its required for smog. I bought a high flow cat for $80. Muffler was $50 at the auto store. And 2 1/4" tubing. Stock is too small.

gotta quote on a full exhaust stainless non polished 2.25 with magnaflow muffler for $375 installed. any good?

Thats not bad for a shop doing it. I did my own for about $175, but it was aluminized steel tubing. I also put a header on when I did it.
