Ok, i have most of my air system broken down to put new t's in, check valves, etc. and i noticed a lot of water in my lines. I don't have any extra ports in my tanks to put ball valves in, so what do i do? I've heard a little antifreeze will keep them from freezing, but i want to at least be able to blow the water out every once in a while, what do yall do?

do you have an air dryer on your system right after the air compressor?

where would i put a water trap? I don't want to run 4, and no i don't have a drier after my compressor. Here's how my 8 ports run: 4-bags, 2-compressor inlets, 2-going to cross, links tanks together, one outlet for gauge, one outlet for schrader valve in case my comps take a dump and i gotta fill up at a gas station or something.

i believe the port for your gauge can be used still for the water trap..just use another fitting, that i will look up for you.and the just in case port, just take it off keep it in the truck with a few tools and teflon then use that for the drain cock for your tank.

no, i don't have a port specifically for just in case, one port from each tank goes to a cross, one line goes from cross to gauge, and the other goes from cross to just in case, so i'd have to t into it somewhere or something.

you put in a watertrap befor the airline from your compressor goes intot eh tank. to keep the tank from rusting on the inside. if you have 2 inlets for compressors, use 2 watertraps. one on each line.
