yea, cleaning them would work but not necessary, they are brand new, who kows could have some shit in there. or you can drop a few drops of compressor oil in the airline right before the valve and then when you actuate the valve it will lube it up, also they are stickng because the are new, good luck.

just check all the wires over for that valve. May be a loose ground or not getting 100% contact with the power going to it. Just a thought.

are you running nitrogen? we stopped using them because of that same problem.i dont know if the ntrogen dried them up or what, oil wouldnt even fix the problem. we now use gc extremes they work much better and faster.

i havent used nitrogen on them yet. my ank is empty. the 10 volt thing might be the problem cause im using like 4 or 5 ft of speaker wire. i cant remember what gauge i put in but it was overkill i know that. somethin like 12 or 14 gauge.

my smcs dump valves used to stick because a lack of back pressure I put a fitting and 6 inches of line on them and they never stuck agian for 5 yrs.

All my fill valves are doing the same. I just got the same ones from suicidedoors.com. JAG8219 have you found a fix yet? that 10v thing might be the problem. I got big enough wire.
