Looking good... here are updated pics and captions for those that haven't looked through the profile.

21 Days left until we hit the road and my little corner of the shop is filling up with boxes. Can barely even see my toolbox.

I went with skinny tires because the front end doesn't get much travel. Now i get to worry about bending rims. lol

IRS before bulkhead supports welded in place. cab needs new rockers.

I spent morst of last weekend on the band saw cutting out gussetts. steering rack clearance is tight so i notched the framerails and boxed them in.

Mike Kim aka Short Round aka Mike #2 aka Ivan came up with the tranny mount. very little room for mufflers here

All of these brackets are hand formed because laser cutting is expensive and i need to make sure i have gas money for the road trip!

driver side not as easy to make a mount for. steering shaft means the rear mount will look like a boomerang.

i know i'm forgetting 100 other things. its a damn long list.

haven't had time to update the thread. maybe after this weekend. right now the frame is still bare so it won't look like much until monday anyway. gonna make a ton of progress this weekend. i just spent two days punching holes through the frame for the exhaust and then capping the holes with 3.5-inch stainless tubing. that was a ton of work!

Updated info/photos!

the weekend began with us finishing up the trans and motor mounts

hey look the magazine guy can actually weld. lol

1am sunday morning we bombed the frame with krylon. took 10 cans to cover it!

the nice thing about irs is that the cab isn't really body dropped. i only had to step up about 1 foot of the trans tunnel 1 inch higher than stock.

bag mounts for slam specialties bags mocked up and ready for gussets.

the SHR stock arms wouldnt fit with the bag's so Mike Kim mad new ones. sweet!

front clip is on and it tucks a 37-inch Baja TA tire.lol
