nitrogen,reserve tank set up

alright i gotta nitrogen tank with a 1/4" outlet and its slow...how can i bump the speed up, i have seen set ups run into a small air tank then outta that with the 1/2" ports but wont the tank only hold so much air before it gets a dangerous psi???

Use a regulator, then run into a reserve tank.. From that tank, like any air system. Are you not regulating the pressure right now with the 1/4" Port?

The way I mentioned, you'd choose what PSI you want that "reserve" tank to constantly be at.. and I don't see you hitting the switches fast enough to where you'd actually notice the compressed air transferring to the reserve tank any kind of delay.
