fbi's poor customer service

i never get any bad service at at fbi all of my parts for my truck came from them keep it up dan and phil at FBI

ya ive ordered in the past from fbi n wen i spoke to dan/phil they are really kool people but,the times i havent thats wen i had problems.wen it was with phil/dan got my stuff on time, but i dont know who i spoke with cuz i had to wait on a grille for over a month n a half n for a window for lil over a month.

i think fbi sucks they have the lowest prices on stuff but you get raped for shipping similiar to aim i wont buy from either of the two

I orderd my tail light fillers and rollpan form them and the tail fillers didnt fit for shit we had to do all kinds of cutting and grinding to get them to fit right. and i also orders so bumper brackets for a older yota and had to cut them apart and redo them so they would fit but had no probs with shipping. just there products

I've never had a problem with them. If I did, I know those guys would do their damndest to make things right. I had a problem with suicidedoors though. It took me six, yes six, weeks to get three super pivots. I ordered three super pivots, axle tabs, and two tanks. All I got was my super pivots. Not knocking them cause they make bad ass parts, but six weeks? What if I was a shop owner and had a deadline? That was unexceptable. All I know is that Dan and Phil and the rest of the guys over at FBI are cool as fuck and will do as much as they can to help you out.

WHEN I BOUGHT MY BAG SETUP THEY SENT ME THINGS PIECE BY PIECE OVER A SPAN OF THREE MONTHS!

Well ive always dealt with Phil at FBI when i used to order stuff from them back in the day and he never let me down on any problems i had with an order, i guess its all in who you talk to over there cuz yes they do have some guys in customer service who can be ass hats but i never had to deal with one of them for long
