fbi's poor customer service

i gotta agree to that SD was the best experience so far in this project. I have ordered a bunch of stuff so far, some here and some there and the most from SD and they were very cool. I mean i knew from the second someone answered the phone at fbi it was gonna suck, i said " i wanna order a 4 link for my truck" and the guy said "yea" and paused for like 30 seconds. I knew then it wasnt gona be good. Live and learn. I have no problem with back order, or something not in stock, just tell me, dont take my money from my CC that i pay hella intrest on and send me no product.

never had a problem with ther customer service or products enjoy talkin to them

dan talks dirty to me when i call...so i like their customer service...free phone sex and custom parts...sweeeeeet....

I'm sorry we're holding you up with your custom project. I stand by our products 100%, and I know you're going to be happy with the link kit when you get it. However, I agree that 3 weeks is too long to wait for something we should have pre-boxed on the shelf waiting for a UPS label.

Kris, you weren't supposed to let everyone know about the phone sex thing! If my wife finds out, she won't cook for me any more.

Dan and Phil are both cool motherfuckers. No question. Lol. If you talk to them I'm sure you will be able to work it out. They are the ones you want to talk to. There are some other guys there that don't really know whats going on.

I stayed at Dan's house in early May, and let's just say he's a "hands-on" kinda guy He wouldn't stop touching me! haha!

it jus sucks for next time u know. it makes u think if u order somethn if ull have to wait again and not get straight answers. im not puttin a "fbi sucks" opinion out there or id say it. i dont want to not order from u guys. i jsu didnt knwo if ppl have the same issues.hopefully it will be all squared away and things will work out for the best.

not lookin for that man, jsu when u guys say ull get it in 10 days and its going to be shipped in 2 and call back for a track number jsu give it to us! and ship it!! thats all we want!!! no bashin its jus as simple as that man
